Isoelectric point for reference proteomes

Data for individual proteomes are available on individual subpages for a given proteome. Use "Browse" or "Search" tab to find them. The query can be filtered by molecular weight and isoelectric points according to different algorithms.

Isoelectric point for other datasets

Additionally to the proteomes from model organisms, pI predicted for proteins in nr, UniProt, and PDB proteins is also available:

Isoelectric point for all nr (non redundant) NCBI proteins (409 million proteins) June 2021. RepOD. http://dx.doi.org/10.18150/CPEQGE (mirror)
Isoelectric point for all UniProtKB/TrEMBL proteins (219 million proteins) June 2021 RepOD. http://dx.doi.org/10.18150/EARKJV (mirror)
Isoelectric point for all SwissProt proteins (~561,000 proteins) June 2021 RepOD. http://dx.doi.org/10.18150/GVTHDK (mirror)
Isoelectric point for PDB proteins (~601,000 protein chains) June 2021. RepOD. http://dx.doi.org/10.18150/SGEKFJ (mirror)

Raw data

For high-throughput analysis, you may want to download all data from Proteome-pI 2.0.
Caution: Those repositories are substantially big
